Returns & Refunds Policy – Alpha Muscle Fitness

1. Overview

At Alpha Muscle Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items and request a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.

2. Return Window

You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be returned unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK distance selling regulations.

3. What Can Be Returned

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in as-new condition.

  • All original packaging, tags and labels must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., underwear, socks) once protective seals are removed (if applicable to your products).

  • Items clearly marked as “SALE” or “FINAL SALE” at the point of purchase.

4. How To Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@alphamusclefitness.co.uk (replace with your support email if different) with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return postal address.

  3. Pack the item securely and include proof of purchase.

  4. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service — we recommend tracked shipping to protect your package.

Important: Do not send returns without contacting us first — unapproved returns may be delayed or refused.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Unless the item is defective or sent in error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will cover the purchase price only. Original delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

7. Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., different size or style), let us know when you initiate your return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead.

8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@alphamusclefitness.co.uk with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the return cost and arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Consumer Rights (UK)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery even if you simply change your mind. This statutory right is separate from our returns policy.
